Nimm Lefcourt is a highly devoted musician and teacher. Their interests lie heavily in healthy vocal technique, effective practice habits, and alternative methods of teaching. Nimm believes in the importance of self expression, and aspires to help people of all ages learn to express themselves through various forms of music.

Musical Background
Nimm is a classically trained soprano and a modern-classical composer. They have been participating in choir concerts and musicals since their toddler years, and have been pursuing opera since they were 15. Now 25 years old, Nimm is a Cornish College of The Arts graduate with a Bachelor of Music. Half of their degree was completed with a specialization in musical theater, and the other half with a specialization in opera and modern classical composition.
Outside of running their own studio, Nimm also works as the lead teacher and HR representative Mode Music Studios. They also teach part time at Radio Star Music, and are periodically hired as a substitute teacher at Sound Music School.
Musical Variety
While the majority of Nimm’s training is in classical singing, that is not the only type of music they have experience with. Nimm has ample experience in musical theater, and they are currently exploring more contemporary styles of singing. They are also a pianist and composer.
Music Theory & IPA Tutoring
Nimm is well-versed in the basics of sight reading and general music theory, as well as the use of the International Phonetic Alphabet. They offer tutoring and IPA/music theory specific lessons.
Audition Prep
Nimm offers lessons on how to prepare for upcoming auditions. These lessons include general audition etiquette, how to work with a live accompanist, picking and preparing an appropriate audition piece, and how to present yourself professionally.
